Back in 2003, Divine Design debuted on HGTV, hosted by Candace Olsen. I remember that Candace would visit job sites where the investor was MIA, and she would say, 'It’s YOUR Flip! Be there!' This is something I've always put into practice, so it only seemed appropriate to name my system It’s Ur Flip.
Let’s be practical; flipping is just a word. If you feel it cheapens your product, you can replace it with renovation or whatever suits you. However, I find that when I say I flip houses, everyone understands, and there’s no need for a lengthy explanation.
